CLEANSING: while
exposed to the sun
or in a warm room
apply a thick layer
(1-2mm) to cover the
body and allow to
set for 15-20
minutes till it
dries. Rinse off
with warm water.
Use
as a HAIR MASK to
cleanse and
strengthen hair
roots and invigorate
the scalp. Rub a
small amount onto
the scalp, massage
with fingertips for
1-2 minutes and
leave on for 5-10
minutes.
FOR
MUSCLE AND JOINT
RELAXATION: heat
sachet in 40 degree
water and spread
over tense muscles
and other tender
spots especially
joints. Allow to set
for 20 minutes and
rinse off with warm
water.
